This Deluxe Notebook is the perfect size for All The Things.
The front inner cover has 3 card pockets along with a full length peek-a-boo pocket.
The back inner cover has a secretarial pocket and pen loop, all stitched together in white.

There are 4 strings for inserts which fill out these Notebooks nicely. (inserts not included)

Our leather is a great balance between flexible and firm, leaning on the firm side.

One of the highlights of our journals is the special care taken to trim, sand, dye and burnish the edges, using several layers of natural oils and beeswax. The smooth refined edging we can get on this leather is simply the best! This durable leather patinas richly and only betters with age.

We offer one free line of engraving located on the lower right front cover. Leave us a note if you would like engraving.

Our leather is a thick "full grain". It's 6 to 7 oz (2.4 to 2.8 mm) thick to be exact! Full grain leather is much BETTER than the top grain and genuine or bonded leather. Full grain is the most premium and durable cut you can buy. It's the only cut that contains unique markings and scars, making it highly sought after. Full grain fibers run more vertical, resulting in superior strength and perhaps will hold up for a 100 years of use if properly maintained.

We hand cut the leather from large hides. Each piece is unique with different markings.

Often times, journal makers won't use thick leather like ours, or they skip the labor intensive steps. But once you get a hold of our thick leather journal that's well formed and finished. Our Notebooks are built to last. That's why we think you'll enjoy your journal for life!

Care information

Your journal will come packed in a cotton bag which you can use to protect your cover from scratches and pen marks. We recommend conditioning it occasionally with Smith's Leather Balm, found in our Mercantile section.
